The Fourth of July fireworks were as great as ever with even more big 12" shells! We watched the fireworks from the yard. The grand finale is shown here exploding around our sign. Cool. Independence Day is always fun the harbor. There is a parade in the morning followed by kids games and the Copper Harbor VFD has a cookout with hot dogs brats and corn on the cob. Then of course the best part is the wonderful fireworks show sponsored by CHIA and put on by our VFD from Porter's Island.
That is a cool picture! We were up for the 4th and the firewords were really great. We stopped in the coffeehouse and checked out the local photos and enjoyed the best coffee we had for days!
